Terms of Service

Last updated: October 06, 2026

These terms apply to stuartfishingcharterfl.com and to calls and text messages with Stuart Fishing Charter FL, operated by Get More Calls.

What we are

Stuart Fishing Charter FL is a referral service. We connect you with independent private charter captains in the Stuart area. We do not operate boats. The captain you book with runs the trip and is responsible for it, and confirms the price, times and details with you before you book.

Prices and information

Prices and trip details on this site are typical examples, not quotes. Fishing results are never guaranteed. Weather, sea conditions and safety decisions are made by the captain.
